MS-13 Members Murder 21-Year-Old

Towson, MD: Daniel Cuellar, 21, stepped outside his apartment building to smoke a cigarette. According to reports, the young man then made a hand gesture that is reported to be affiliated with the 18th Street gang, which is associated with an area in Honduras. Police say this is what prompted seven MS-13 gang members to make the decision to kill him – displaying a rival gang sign.

Court documents say a machete and small knives were used to stab Cuellar. “Multiple people stabbed him multiple times,” said Officer Jennifer Peach of the Baltimore County Police Department. “We know from the medical examiner that the trauma caused to his body was knife wounds.”

Cuellar was last seen at a 24-hour laundromat, according to witnesses. Surveillance footage caught images of the alleged attackers and their vehicle as they followed the victim. Police later caught them as they headed south in Mississippi.

The suspects:
  • Jonathan Escobar-Hernandez, 20.
  • Marlon Leonardo Fabian-Flores, 20.
  • Edwin Edgardo Garcia-Martir, 18.
  • Hugo Portillo-Chavez, 31.
  • Jose Fausto Rivera-Coreas, 19.
  • Odaliz Rosas-Yanez, 20.
  • Leonel Alexander Valasquez-Hernandez, 16.
All of the suspects have been charged with first-degree murder, and the 16-year-old has been charged as an adult. Of the seven gang members, six are in the US illegally according to US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and they each have detainers on them. Officials said five of the illegal residents are Salvadoran and one is Mexican. They have been identified as MS-13 members in the ICE gang databases.

All of the suspects are being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center without bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 20.

North Carolinians for Immigration Reform and Enforcement (NCFIRE)

Each month, North Carolina organization NCFIRE posts a list of sexual crimes committed against children by illegal immigrants. The numbers are staggering – especially considering they’re just for one state. Just take a look at the last four months’ worth of statistics.

May 2019: 25 illegal immigrants were arrested. 43 charges of child rape and sexual abuse.

June 2019: 20 illegal immigrants were arrested. 56 charges of child rape and sexual abuse.

July 2019: 29 illegal immigrants were arrested. 174 charges of child rape and sexual abuse.

August 2019: 21 illegal immigrants were arrested. 61 charges of child rape and sexual abuse.

This barely represents a drop in the bucket of just how many children are being sexually abused nationwide by people who shouldn’t have been here to begin with.

Sanctuary cities and states are only making it easier for predators to remain in our country as they prey on our children.
